Valdespino Description
Innocent is a fine classic Jerez prepared in the traditional way following the criaderas and solera. The wine, from grapes from our vineyards in the famous Macharnudo Pago, fermented in American oak casks and then grows under flor for more than eight years. The result is a wine of pale straw color, very delicate and piercing to nose with clear notes of their biological aging.
